How do I apply for return, exchange or refund?
Transfer to the online customer service part of the website customer service area or the “order” section in your account, and then enter your order number and email address. Select the items you decide to exchange and the new size or color you want.
If you don’t want to receive a product, you need to contact us through email or online customer service within 14 days after receiving the product. After the claim is approved, you must return the items to our warehouse at your own expense, and the items must be unused;
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, you need to contact us through emails or online customer service 14 days after receiving the product. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued. The refund is performed in the same form as the initial payment (that is, the refund to your credit card), and it may take at most seven working days after we receive the refunded goods. During the 6 -month warranty period, we will try our best to repair the product problems you may encounter.
All items must be returned in their original state, and all tags must be intact.
Items that have been worn, used, modified or damaged will not be accepted.
Lack of orders. If the parcel has been delivered (updated according to the tracking number), but you do not receive the items, you must directly make claims to the carrier.
If you encounter any situation above, you must report the problem within 14 days after receiving. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed to have been delivered and satisfied.
The following situation will not be refunded:
As your address is incorrect, your order is not delivered;
Due to the special circumstances that we cannot control (such as delays due to natural disasters), your order has not been delivered
